Every project begins with soil testing to assess the ground and plan a safe foundation. Our architects then prepare floor plans, front elevations and 3D views designed around your family’s lifestyle and in full compliance with local bylaws, so you can see your home before construction begins. Once the design is approved, our engineers prepare detailed structural, electrical and plumbing drawings, along with a clear cost estimate. Construction is delivered in three separately contracted phases: design, grey structure and finishing, giving you the freedom to exit after any phase. Verified materials, regular engineering supervision and over ten years of experience ensure your home is built to last.

What does your architecture and construction service include?

Our service covers every stage of your project under one team. Before design begins, we carry out a site survey and soil testing to plan safe foundations. We then prepare floor plans, 3D exterior elevations and interior views, followed by structural, electrical and plumbing drawings. We also assist with map approval, prepare a detailed bill of quantities (BOQ), and deliver grey structure and finishing work under the supervision of qualified engineers, through to the final handover in Islamabad and Rawalpindi.

How is the cost of building a house in Islamabad calculated?

The cost depends on the covered area, the number of floors, the design, and the quality of materials selected for finishing. After reviewing your plot and requirements, we prepare a detailed estimate for each phase so you know the cost before work begins.

Can I hire Ghar o Jaidaad for the grey structure only?

Yes. Design, grey structure and finishing are covered by separate contracts. You may continue with us for finishing or exit after the grey structure stage, giving you full control over your project.

Do you work with overseas Pakistanis building in Islamabad?

Yes. We work with clients in Pakistan and abroad. Our phased contracts, verified materials and regular progress updates allow overseas clients to follow their project and make decisions without being on site.
